Sales Manager – Dental Implants

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our dental implants sales team in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Up, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental industry.

*Roles and Responsibility*

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or qualifications are an added advantage.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with dental equipment, implants, or related products is desirable.
