Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead End to End Recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source, screen and interview potential candidates.
  • Develop and post job descriptions across hiring platforms.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talents.
  • Manage the hiring process seamless and ensure onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and fulfill talent requirements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-10 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and HR management.
  • Hands on expertise in job description for resume, sourcing and screening.
  • Strong knowledge of Talent acquisition and HR best practices.
  • Familiarity with ATS, hiring platforms, and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹45,000.00 per month
