We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Hotel Manager at a premium boutique hotel in Gurgaon Manesar. The ideal applicant will possess a strong food and beverage management background, with proven experience in handling specialty restaurants as an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

  • Manage F&B outlets and maintain high standards of service.

  • Implement strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction.

  • Lead and train hotel staff, fostering a cohesive team environment.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hotel industry, focusing on food and beverage.

  • Experience with specialty restaurants is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
