Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Tech Lead
with a strong background in
Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
architecture. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, design scalable backend solutions, and drive technical excellence in delivery. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers in developing scalable and secure applications.
  • Design, develop, and deploy
    microservices-based architectures
    using
    Spring Boot
    .
  • Define and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Programming Languages:
    Java 8/11+
  • Frameworks:
    Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
  • Microservices:
    Design, development, and deployment of distributed systems
  • Databases:
    MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
  • Messaging Queues:
    Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ
  • APIs:
    RESTful and GraphQL API design & implementation
  • Tools & DevOps:
    Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven/Gradle
  • Cloud Platforms:
    AWS / Azure / GCP (hands-on preferred)
  • Testing:
    JUnit, Mockito, integration and performance testing

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with
    Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
    and
    Event-Driven Architecture
    .
  • Exposure to
    Agile / Scrum
    development methodology.
  • Experience in
    frontend integration
    (Angular/React) is a plus.
