Role : HRBP (Employee Relations )

Shift : Night Shift (6.30 to 3.30 PM)

Work Location : Mysuru (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and employees.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Provide training and support to managers on employee relations best practices.
Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and resolutions.
Collaborate with HR team to develop policies that enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in employee relations or HR.
