Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and employees.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide training and support to managers on employee relations best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with HR team to develop policies that enhance workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in employee relations or HR.
