QA Lead We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Automation QA Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing both manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and functionality of product features within our Commercial Digital space.
This role requires strong collaboration skills, a solid understanding of test automation practices, and working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities:Perform manual and automated testing for product features in the Commercial Digital space. Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and automated test scripts.
Collaborate with BSA, Development, and Product Owner teams to review and clarify requirements and user stories. Participate in Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Conduct regression testing and ensure automation coverage is maintained across releases.
Analyze, triage, and track defects through resolution. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and deployment. Ensure adherence to SDLC standards and testing best practices.
