About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in a dynamic manufacturing environment, gaining hands-on experience with production processes and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and improving daily production activities.
  • Support implementation and management of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow and process optimization.
  • Maintain production records and generate performance reports.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or willingness to learn.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
