Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for B Tech Graduates/Engineers. The role involves contributing to various stages of production and manufacturing processes, ensuring the quality of products and compliance with industrial standards. The candidate will work on optimizing production efficiency, managing technical aspects of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting innovation initiatives. Additional tasks may include overseeing quality control, monitoring machinery or equipment, and preparing technical reports.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production techniques, and engineering principles
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Proficiency in using engineering tools, equipment, and software for technical work
  • Collaboration and communication skills for teamwork and interaction with diverse teams
  • Experience or education in mechanical, electrical, or relevant engineering fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or a related field
  • Familiarity with copper manufacturing or related industries is an advantage
  • An interest or exposure to sustainability practices and innovation is beneficial
