Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) located in Raipur. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining Paytm's payment solutions at merchant locations. Key day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to merchants, conducting preventive maintenance on equipment, and ensuring timely and effective customer service. The role requires regular travel within the assigned area to meet with merchants and resolve issues.

• Field Service experience, Technical Support, and Troubleshooting skills
• Preventive Maintenance skills
• Customer Service skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• A diploma or degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
