We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in SQL and MongoDB to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and users, as well as developing server-side logic. Your primary focus will be on the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Additionally, your experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases will be crucial in defining and maintaining our data storage solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Design and maintain database schemas for both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
  • Manage and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) and familiarity with their query languages.
  • Familiarity with ORM libraries (e.g., Sequelize, Mongoose) for database interaction.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
