Responsibilities

  • Sales & Lead Management: Handle all incoming leads from various platforms, track the sales pipeline, and work to convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Course Information: Provide detailed information about the academy's beauty courses to prospective students and answer their questions to facilitate enrollment.
  • Sales Targets: Plan and execute monthly sales calendars to meet the academy's admissions targets and drive growth.
  • Student Feedback: Manage student feedback, address any difficulties they encounter during the admissions process, and ensure a positive student experience.
  • Marketing & Social Media: Use social media and other channels to advertise the academy's programs, generate new leads, and promote the academy's services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of admissions, student information, and relevant sales data.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales & Marketing Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a strong ability to convert leads into enrollments.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with prospective students and staff.
  • Computer & Social Media Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms for marketing and lead generation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Some knowledge of the beauty industry, its trends, and the services offered by the academy.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage leads and meet sales objectives.
  • Customer Service: Ability to resolve student inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
