Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring achievement of individual and team hiring targets.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across multiple domains.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions.

  • Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, references, networking, and consultants.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure right-fit candidates.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and prepare regular reports.
  • Mentor and train team members to improve sourcing, screening, and closing skills.
  • Manage vendor relationships and drive recruitment process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational hiring policies and compliance requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor hiring practices.
