Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with strong knowledge of SEO, social media management, paid campaigns, and content marketing. You will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) through creative and engaging content.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Assist in developing content strategies for blogs, email newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create marketing assets, visuals, and ad copies.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress (content updates, plugins, basic site management).
  • Basic understanding of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track trends and insights to optimise digital marketing strategies
  • Prepare and present performance reports and analysis to internal teams and clients
