About the Role:

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Web Developer (PHP)
to design, develop, and maintain dynamic, high-performing websites. The ideal candidate should bring expertise in
SEO, SMO, website localization
, and
MongoDB
(preferred), along with solid skills in
responsive design, website optimization, and security best practices
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance websites using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Use modern CSS frameworks like
    Bootstrap
    ,
    Tailwind CSS
    ,
    Foundation
    , or
    Bulma
    to build responsive, attractive designs.
  • Implement
    SEO
    and
    SMO
    strategies for better online visibility.
  • Localize content for different regions and languages.
  • Design and manage databases using
    MongoDB (preferred)
    or
    MySQL
    .
  • Optimize site performance, speed, and user experience.
  • Ensure
    website security
    against SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF attacks.
  • Handle debugging, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party tools to enhance functionality.
  • Ensure cross-browser and mobile-first responsive design.
  • Manage hosting environments with basic
    Linux
    knowledge.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and digital marketing teams.
  • Stay updated on web development trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in
    PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
    .
  • Experience with
    CSS frameworks
    (Bootstrap, Tailwind, Foundation, or Bulma).
  • Knowledge of
    MongoDB
    or
    MySQL
    .
  • In-depth understanding of
    SEO, SMO
    , and website localization.
  • Experience in
    responsive design
    and
    cross-browser compatibility
    .
  • Ability to optimize performance (caching, minification, lazy loading, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of
    web security standards
    .
  • Proficiency in
    APIs, webhooks
    , and third-party integrations.
  • Basic
    Linux
    knowledge for server-side management.
  • Familiarity with
    Git
    and version control workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks like
    React, , or Angular

  • Understanding of
    CDN integration
