Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated
Web Developer
to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications. The role involves working on both front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring functionality, performance, and scalability.

You will collaborate closely with the design, development, and marketing teams to create engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain front-end interfaces using
    HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Work with back-end technologies and frameworks, preferably Python (Django)
  • Assist in server management and deployment tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Debug, test, and optimize applications for better performance
  • Contribute to ERP customization and integration (knowledge of ERPNext/Frappe
    is a plus)
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or related field
  • 0–3 years
    of professional experience in web development
  • Proficiency in
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Basic understanding of Python programming
  • Knowledge of Django
    or other back-end frameworks is a
    plus
  • Familiarity with ERPNext/Frappe
    is an added advantage
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
