Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to support our road construction projects in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will work closely under the guidance of the Senior Engineer and be responsible for day-to-day site supervision and execution support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Senior Engineer and assist in day-to-day operations
  • Supervise and monitor site activities and labor force
  • Ensure implementation of approved designs and specifications on-site
  • Assist in maintaining quality control and safety standards
  • Maintain site documentation and daily work records
  • Support in resolving minor technical issues on-site
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams as required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Basic knowledge of road construction techniques and civil works
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Willingness to work on-site full time

Preferred Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably road projects
  • Experience working with infrastructure or mining companies is an advantage
