Your missions :

Training and consulting responsibilities :

Functioning as a consultant for our Clients, especially those in the South-East Asia and the MENA regions by advising, training and assisting them on the usage of psychometrics and HR tools within organisational processes. Handling client requests or queries (such as personalisation of assessments) along with the sales team by contributing to, and helping to ensure that tasks are carried out effectively and on time, as per requirements. Generation of reports and analyses using custom LLMs

Communication responsibilities :

Contributing to the Marketing and Communication department by writing articles, hosting webinars, podcasts and E-learning modules etc. Coordinating between RD and Marcom for the collaboration of this content creation and product launches. Contributing to the innovation of new Marcom materials.

R&D contribution

Writing technical content for our assessment and tools (product documentation, guides, product videos, etc.). Contribution to the development, revision & implementation of our psychometric assessments and HR tools.

Your profile :

A bachelor or master degree in HR, industrial/organizational psychology 2 years of work experience in HR consulting

(in the psychometrics sector or any related field). Familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms is a bonus Knowledge of assessments and talent development. Strong organisation, communication and presentation (writing) skills. Ability to present technical information to a non-technical audience Confidence and charisma - in order to be the face of video content, conduct webinars, presentations etc. Fluency in English ; fluency in other language(s) is a bonus.
