  • .Execute all secondary trade distribution deals

  • Arrange Master Risk Participation Agreements with regional and international banks

  • Arrange agreements with multilaterals

  • Negotiate documentation with Insurance Companies to add to the list of investors

  • Be accountable for end to end deal documentation, which includes negotiating documents with multiple client banks and insurance brokers.

  • Responsible for checking transaction status at maturity and follow up with branches and operations till settlement.

  • Responsible for MIS shared with internal and external stakeholders

  • Responsible for handling documents for all trade transactions bought in the secondary market

  • To ensure all transaction details are up to date and pipeline is maintained

  • Support FI business for other matters as required
