Job Description: Electrical Technical Documentation Executive

Location: Sector-132, Noida (Office-based)

Remuneration: 30,000 40,000 per month

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and technically proficient Electrical Technical Documentation Executive to join our engineering documentation team. The incumbent will work under the guidance of senior industry professionals and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and standardizing editable technical documents related to the design, engineering, and operation of electrical systems used across hydrocarbon, petrochemical, oil & gas, and allied industries.

The role requires sound understanding of electrical engineering principles related to power generation (conventional and renewable), transmission, and utilization systems. The selected candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to support both technical and commercial functions through

accurate, high-quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Documentation & Templates

  2. Prepare and maintain technical datasheets for electrical equipment and systems.

  3. Develop Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) covering FAT, SAT, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance stages.
  4. Draft QA/QC Plans, Material Requisition Documents (MRDs), Engineering Document Data Records (EDDRs), and Vendor Document Requirement Lists (VDRLs).

  5. Prepare transportation and installation procedures as per project and equipment specifications.

  6. Market Intelligence & Records Management

  7. Conduct research on vendors, technologies, and market trends.

  8. Maintain cost records and assist in budget documentation.
  9. Track and verify validity of Type Test Certificates for all electrical equipment and machinery.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. (Fresher, 1-2 years of experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written communication and document formatting skills.
  • Ability to attend online meetings outside regular office hours as required.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality; signing of a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is mandatory.
