Job Description
Position Overview: The Commerce Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our eCommerce solutions. With 9 years of experience in the field, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce platforms, web development, and system integration. The role requires expertise in various technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of eCommerce solutions using [relevant technologies or platforms, e.g., Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.].
- Develop and maintain custom modules, extensions, and integrations to enhance eCommerce functionalities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Optimize the performance, scalability, and security of eCommerce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eCommerce platforms and systems.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in eCommerce technology and apply them to improve our solutions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution.
Qualifications
Additional Information
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6 + years of experience in eCommerce development with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Expertise in [mention specific eCommerce platforms, e.g., Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.].
- Strong proficiency in [mention relevant programming languages and technologies, e.g., PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, etc.].
