Company Description

SAI Sharan electronics provides design and contract manufacturing services to OEMs in the field of electronics. With over two decades of experience in Power electronics and system integration, the company has established a factory in Pollachi with a built-up area of about 10,000 In 2008, SAI Sharan electronics started developing banking automation products in partnership with a Multi National Company and became the sole supplier for these products. The company has in-house 3D modeling software (SOLIDWORKS) to accelerate design cycles and plans to expand to meet growing demand in automation products and IT-enabled services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pollachi for a Manager - HR and Finance. The Manager will handle HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. Additionally, the role involves managing financial operations such as budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance. The Manager will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication between departments and ensuring organizational policies are adhered to.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources skills, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Pollachi
  • Experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration (with specialisation in HR) or related field
  • Proficiency in using HR and financial software systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Having at least 5 to 7 years experience in MSME firms (in Tier 1 or 2 cities) with hands on experience in handling day to day HR and finance matters wanting to settle down in Pollachi for personal reasons preferred.
