Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems (ATS).
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in preparing and extending job offers, and coordinate onboarding activities with HR and hiring managers.
  • Stay updated on industry recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for management review.
