About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, visual storytelling, and animation skills to create engaging and impactful graphics, videos, and visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual ideas.
  • Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Create storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts to present design ideas.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Collaborate on multiple projects, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in design and animation software such as:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
  • (Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools is a plus).
  • Strong creative thinking, visualization, and storytelling abilities.
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
