Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a MySQL DB Engineer based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The MySQL DB Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining MySQL databases, optimizing performance, and ensuring database security. The role includes tasks such as writing complex queries, performing regular backups, and collaborating with development teams to design database schemas that meet business requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining MySQL databases
  • Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
  • Experience with database security, backup, and recovery techniques
  • Proficiency in performance tuning and troubleshooting database issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with database migration and ETL processes is a plus
