Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Recruitment Specialist . Individual will be responsible for Wnd to End recruiting life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
:-


• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding).


• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.


• Handle recruitment across Tech roles (Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Specialists, etc.) and Non-Tech roles (Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, etc.).


• Use job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing to build strong talent pipelines.


• Maintain accurate and timely MIS reports on hiring status, pipelines, and metrics.


• Ensure best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


• Negotiate offers and close positions within defined timelines.


• Collaborate with HR team on onboarding and workforce planning.

Key Skills & Competencies:-

  • • Proven experience in Tech and Non-Tech hiring.
  • • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, Boolean search, etc.
  • • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast-paced setup.
  • • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting (MIS/Excel).
  • • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
