Role Description

Accounts Payable & Travel and Expenses Contractor

Location:

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contractor to support our Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expenses (T&E) functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in invoice processing, expense auditing, and reconciliation, with hands-on experience using Oracle ERP and Concur T&E systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices, employee reimbursements, and credit card transactions accurately and timely.

Review and audit employee travel and expense reports in compliance with company policy.

Support month-end close activities related to AP and T&E.

Reconcile AP accounts and assist with vendor management.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Collaborate with finance, procurement, and other business units as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve payment and expense issues.

Required Qualifications:

Bcom

Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense processing.

Strong working knowledge of Oracle ERP (e.g., Oracle NerSuite, EBS).

Hands-on experience with Concur for travel and expense management.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
