About CYBX CYBX is India's first Cybersecurity Superpipe with embedded insurance, designed to protect users from scams, fraud, and identity theft while giving them financial security and digital confidence. We are now looking for a UI/UX Designer who will help us craft those experiences turning ideas into frictionless, elegant, and trustworthy digital journeys. Role Summary Were seeking a product-minded UI/UX Designer who can transform business goals and user pain points into beautiful, intuitive, and functional designs. Youll own the end-to-end design process across our mobile app, web dashboards, contest journeys, and referral flows ensuring that every screen inspires trust and drives engagement. The ideal candidate has strong empathy, understands how users think and feel, and has experience designing consumer-facing apps or products where simplicity, speed, and emotion matter.

Role & responsibilities

User Experience Design

Design intuitive and visually clean app and web interfaces aligned with CYBXs brand and product vision.

  • Build end-to-end user journeys for onboarding, contests, claims, rewards, and referrals.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

  • Translate complex cybersecurity features into simple, reassuring experiences

Preferred candidate profile

  • 36 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a consumer app, fintech, healthtech, or D2C product.

  • Expert in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping) and comfortable with Fig Jam for mapping journeys.

Deep understanding of information hierarchy, typography, layout, and accessibility.

  • Strong UX research and user testing capability from insights to wireframes to final screens.

  • Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and growth teams.

Familiarity with design systems, usability heuristics, and responsive design principles

Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and awareness of security/trust design patterns .
