
Sales Representative

Customer Engagement:Greet and engage with prospective members as they enter the gym.
Provide tours of the facility, explaining gym amenities, equipment, and services.
Actively listen to potential members' fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership packages.
Membership Sales:Explain membership options, pricing, and promotions to potential members.
Utilize persuasive sales techniques to encourage prospects to sign up for gym memberships.
Handle membership paperwork and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the gym management.
Follow-Up:Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls, emails, or in-person visits to encourage them to join the gym.
Address any concerns or objections potential members might have and provide suitable solutions.
Customer Service:Assist existing members with membership-related inquiries, upgrades, and cancellations.
Resolve member complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members to enhance retention rates.
Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the gym's offerings, including fitness classes, personal training services, and special events.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to effectively communicate the gym's unique selling points.
Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and memberships using CRM software.
Prepare and submit sales reports to the management team on a regular basis.
Promotions and Events:Assist in organizing and promoting gym events, challenges, and workshops to attract new members and engage existing ones.
Actively participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase the gym's visibility in the community.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other gym staff, including trainers and fitness instructors, to create a positive and supportive environment for members.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
