Job Title: Service Engineer (Technical – Pump Segment).

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in service, installation, and maintenance of pumps and motors.

Shree Industrial Agencies is an authorized dealer and trusted supplier of industrial pumps, motors, and valves in Raigarh. We are looking for a technically skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to strengthen our service division and provide reliable support to our customers.

Who Can Apply:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.
  • 2–4 years of experience in service/maintenance of industrial pumps and related products.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pumps, motors, and spare parts.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for local visits.
  • Willingness to relocate to Raigarh (if not currently based here).

Your Role:

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pumps and motors. You will also provide after-sales technical support, handle service calls, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain pumps, motors, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure equipment reliability.
  • Provide technical support to clients and resolve service-related concerns.
  • Maintain service reports, logs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the sales and spares team for service requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through prompt and quality service.
