Key Responsibilities:-

  • Project Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications and backend services using PHP.
  • Code Quality & Performance: Write clean, secure, maintainable, and highly optimized PHP code, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Technical Architecture: Architect and design scalable, performant, and secure web applications and database schemas that support business processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their technical skills and ensure project excellence.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve challenging technical issues, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • API Development: Develop, maintain, and integrate robust API services for various applications and third-party integrations.
  • Testing & CI/CD: Implement automated testing and integrate continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) practices.

Required Skills & Experience:-

  • PHP Expertise: Extensive experience in PHP development, including a deep understanding of the language's capabilities and limitations.
  • Frameworks: Proficiency with major PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
  • Databases: Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL) and query optimization techniques.
  • Front-end Basics: Familiarity with core front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to integrate with backend services.
  • Design Patterns: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and the Model-View-Controller (MVC) design pattern.
  • Security: A strong grasp of web application security, including common vulnerabilities and their mitigation strategies.
  • Scalability: Ability to design and build scalable applications that can handle increased load and data.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and unique problem-solving skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
