Position: Telecaller
Location: Pallavi International School, Sagar Road
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents and provide information about school programs and admissions.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to queries courteously and accurately.
- Maintain and update call logs, inquiry records, and follow-up schedules.
- Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and engagement.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to support outreach initiatives.
- Ensure all communication reflects the school's values and professionalism.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / Intermediate with good communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer care, or counselling (preferred).
- Pleasant voice, patience, and strong convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented.
