Purpose of Role/Job Summary:

The role involves efficiently managing SAP operations in alignment with business requirements and growth strategies across the Head Office and other locations, with comprehensive SAP support for Purchase,

Quality, and Inventory Management

  • Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Possess a strong understanding of the SAP PP module, including MRP, Production Orders, Routing,BOM, Work Centers, and related functionalities.

Provide comprehensive technical and functional support for the SAP Production Planning (PP/MM) module.

Configure SAP PP based on business requirements, including master data (materials, vendors,purchasing info records) and system settings.

Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, and MM for seamless end-to-end business processes.

Deliver day-to-day support to end-users, serving as the first line of assistance for SAP PP and MM-related queries and issues.

Identify system gaps and issues, implement workarounds, and develop long-term solutions.

Analyze root causes of functional and technical issues, applying corrective actions to minimize recurrence.

Conduct user training sessions on new features and best practices to improve efficiency and user adoption.

Develop and maintain user documentation, including user guides, process documents, functional designs, test cases, and test results.

Suggest system enhancements and process improvements to optimize workflows and increase operational efficiency.

Manage and execute change requests or emergency transports for high-priority issues in a controlled environment.

Document functional designs, test cases and results

3 to 4 years of experience in Manufacturing /IT industry, having exposure SAP system. Supervisory

experience of working in SAP manufacturing and related industry. Good knowledge of standards of

equipments and technical expertise, team collaboration and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation
  • Strong analytical skills and a data driven mindset
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and people skills

Educational Qualification:


• Diploma or Degree in IT


• SAP Certificate would be an added advantage
