Role and Responsibilities We are currently seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM professional to join our team in Mumbai. The main responsibilities of this role include:
Facilitating the implementation and support of SAP PP
Performing detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions
Identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer requirements
Conducting workshops to collect business requirements
Mapping client business requirements, processes, and objectives and developing necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
Designing, customizing, configuring, and testing PP
Identifying gaps, issues, and proposing work around solutions
Acting as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting software problems
Handling changes or emergency transports for high priority issues
Documenting functional designs, test cases, and results
Proactively identifying and proposing business process and/or system enhancements
Providing consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects
Acting as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
Providing ad-hoc training and user support as required
Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP PP/QM
Good knowledge of SAP PP/QM modules and their integration with other SAP modules
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
