Role Description

This full-time on-site role for a Sr. Accountant is based in Pune. The Sr. Accountant will manage financial operations including preparing financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, preparing reports, analyzing financial data, and working closely with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial reporting, general ledger management, and account reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools
  • Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis skills
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA certification is a plus)
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management accounting is preferred
