Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer / Data Scientist

Location: Bhubaneswar or Coimbatore (Hybrid 2 days WFO)

Experience: 3 to 12 years

Mode: Full-time, Hybrid

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and Generative AI
  • Proficiency in Python and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks
  • Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, PaLM, BLOOM)
  • Cloud expertise in Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Solid understanding of NLP/NLG techniques and applications

Secondary Skills (Preferred)

  • Experience with LangChain, Prompt Engineering, Vector Stores
  • Knowledge of Deep Learning (CNN, RNN, Transformers)
  • Exposure to OCR, Computer Vision, and Forecasting Models
  • Familiarity with MLOps, Model Training, Deployment, and Inference
  • Hands-on with ChatGPT, LangGraph, and Agentic AI
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Vector DBs)
