Position: Telesales Officer – Hindi Voice Process

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Begumpet

1. Role Overview

The Telesales Officer will be responsible for outbound calling, explaining insurance products, engaging with customers, converting leads into sales, and updating CRM records. This is a fully voice-based sales role supporting leading insurance brands.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
  • Clearly and confidently explain insurance products
  • Address customer questions and provide accurate information
  • Convert leads into successful sales to meet monthly targets
  • Maintain detailed call logs and ensure accurate CRM updates
  • Deliver professional, customer-friendly communication

3. Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi + English
  • Tamil / Kannada language skills are an added advantage
  • Persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Basic computer and typing proficiency

4. Qualifications

  • Graduation or Undergraduation (Both eligible)
