**Job Title**: Telesales Officer - Insurance Sector

Join our growing insurance team as a **Telesales Officer**. You will connect with potential customers, explain insurance products, and help them choose the right policy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Promote and explain insurance products in simple terms.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Handle queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call logs and update customer details.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate/Graduate (any stream).
- Freshers welcome OR minimum 6 months of BPO/Telesales experience.
- Manageable communication in **English & Hindi**.
- Basic understanding of insurance products is an advantage.

**Pay & Benefits**:

- ₹15,000 CTC per month.
- ₹12,000 Take Home + Incentives.
- Unlimited earning potential through performance-based incentives.

**Work Schedule**:

- 6 days working.
- Rotational shifts.
- Rotational weekly offs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
