Falcon Pipes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales operations and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer & dealer inquiries
  • Prepare quotations and price lists
  • Coordinate with dispatch & production teams
  • Maintain daily sales reports
  • Support field sales executives
  • Manage customer data in Excel / CRM
  • Assist with payment follow-ups
  • Coordinate basic complaints with QC/Production
  • Track monthly sales targets

Skills Required

  • Good communication (English/Hindi/Gujarati)
  • Strong Excel & Email drafting skills
  • Excellent coordination & follow-up abilities
  • ERP/Tally knowledge is a plus
  • Plumbing/Pipe industry knowledge preferred

Qualifications

  • Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA / BSc)
  • Computer proficiency required
  • 1–3 years experience preferred (Freshers can apply)

Salary

  • ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month
    based on experience
