Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and stockists.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
- Implement promotional strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Manage primary and secondary sales as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and product launches.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
