Executive Associate To Group CEO

Role & responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated Executive Associate to work directly with the Group CEO. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistance blending strategic analysis, project management, and high-level business oversight. You will be the CEOs right hand, ensuring priorities are executed efficiently, insights are delivered accurately, and the business performs optimally across all regions.
Business Monitoring & Analysis
- Track financial and operational KPIs across business units and regions.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and red-flag alerts for CEO review.
- Conduct market and competitor research, including duty-free trends, FTAs, and regulatory changes.
Strategic & Project Support
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments alongside the CEO.
- Manage cross-border projects, ensuring timely updates from regional teams.
- Draft briefing notes, presentations, and board papers for high-level meetings.
Executive Support
- Manage and prioritize the CEOs calendar, travel, and key engagements.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for internal and external meetings.
- Act as the first point of contact for regional leadership teams.
Process & Efficiency
- Implement dashboards, AI-driven summaries, and project trackers to streamline operations.
- Drive follow-through on strategic decisions and initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: MBA/Postgraduate in Business, Economics, or Finance preferred (but exceptional experience considered).
Experience: 25 years in consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or as Chief of Staff/Executive Associate. Exposure to retail, FMCG, aviation, or logistics is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen; P&L and data analysis proficiency.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Tech- and AI-savvy; quick to adopt productivity tools.
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
