We are a well-established interior design and fit-out company with a strong legacy of delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and corporate interiors. With years of expertise and a trusted name in the industry, we are looking to hire an experienced Interior Estimator to support our ongoing and upcoming projects

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and services.
  • Analyze project drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare competitive quotations.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and negotiate best rates.
  • Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Monitor project costs and provide value engineering suggestions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, materials, and construction practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the interior design/fit-out industry.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, or estimation software.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
