We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Strategy and Growth team. Reporting directly to Manager of Strategy & growth, this role will be crucial in driving the execution of multiple strategic projects, providing vital support in achieving our growth objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and resourceful individual with a strong understanding of the hospitality sector and a passion for driving impactful change. Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives and projects.
  • Manage and drive multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Conduct thorough analysis using financial data, economic principles, and market insights.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills to develop reports, models, and presentations.
  • Contribute to the identification of new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans.
  • Leverage "street smarts" and practical problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ideally, experience within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in handling Brand Management or Strategy and Growth role is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze financial statements and key economic indicators.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office ( word, excel, power point ) is essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset.
