Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and maintainable .NET applications.

Provide architectural guidance and enforce best practices for .NET development, including the use of Entity Framework and Azure cloud services.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with strong debugging and analytical skills.

Team Management:

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers to foster their professional growth.

Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

Project Management:

Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring team alignment and effective communication.

Monitor project progress and address technical bottlenecks proactively.

Development & Maintenance:

Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Core.

Utilize Entity Framework for efficient data access and management.

Implement, configure, and manage Azure cloud solutions for application hosting, scalability, and performance optimization.

Ensure the implementation of RESTful APIs and adhere to secure coding practices.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in .NET development.

At least 2+ years in a technical lead or supervisory role.

2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in:

C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core

Entity Framework

SQL Server and database management

RESTful APIs

Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and DevOps.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Leadership skills with a focus on mentorship and team development.
