Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales and communication skills to promote our machinery solutions, develop client relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in assigned regions.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable machinery/automation solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and consultations to clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team for customized solutions.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales (preferably industrial machinery/automation).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical products and explain them simply.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11, ₹25,000.00 per month
