Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality Executive to join our team at National Coaters, a leading name in architectural powder coating solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials and final products meet quality standards before reaching our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect incoming raw materials and report quality issues.
  • Monitor in-process production quality at various stages (PT Line, Powder Coating Line, Wooden Line).
  • Conduct final quality checks before packing and dispatch.
  • Maintain records of quality inspections, rejections, and reports.
  • Assist in client quality queries and feedback handling.
  • Coordinate with lab and production teams to resolve quality concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and ISO standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Diploma in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical, or relevant field.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
  • Candidates with experience in CED Coating, Powder Coating, or Surface Finishing will be given preference.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Familiar with quality tools and checklists.
