Job Purpose - The position will be responsible for effective Project -Coordination &Execution of the same within Project timelines, Budget provided, Quality expectation and On time delivery to customer.

Role / Responsibilities

  • To conduct the line feasibility for new model, prepare list of new requirements. Taking trials and closure of Engineering Documents
  • To prepare the project plan & execution.
  • To prepare document as per Quality standards and procedures in agreement and alignment with respective department
  • Experience on working on Greenfield/Brown field Project
  • Selection of Machine, Equipment, Design Approval Process (DAP) & set up for new product. Understanding DFA(Design for Assembly)
  • Develop the assembly Line Jig, Fixture & gauges.
  • Making of PFD, PFMEA, CP and SOP and Ensuring Implementation at the shop floor
  • Process Design for the N302ew Products.
  • Layout design & Execution as per process requirement.
  • All line trial for assembly line for the new product development.
  • Line Balancing. Activity sheet development ,Understanding of SWC
  • Conducting process audits; reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Discuss with supplier for the requirement, Negotiation & Purchase.
  • Knowledge of Painting application on Engine.
  • Knowledge of Engine Testing -Application and Know-How
