About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Team Leader to oversee and grow our pharmaceutical sales operations. In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, develop strategic business partnerships, and support the expansion of our product portfolio within the B2B sector (distributors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, manufacturers, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing pharma B2B sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing proposals, and key account management.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B pharmaceutical sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution channels and key industry stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
