  1. Preparation and uploading of SAP BOQs as per approved project scope.
  2. Creation of Service Requisitions (SR) in SAP based on project and procurement requirements.
  3. Regular follow-up with project teams, site commercial teams, contract teams, and other stakeholders for timely release of BOQs and SRs.
  4. Monitoring of BOQ and SR status in SAP to ensure timely processing and approvals.
  5. Coordinationwith the central SAP team for resolution of technical/system-related issues and support requirements.
  6. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency during BOQ uploads and SR creations.
  7. Generating SAP-based reports for tracking PR/PO status, BOQ consumption, and SR release timelines.
  8. Coordination with internal departments including SAP team, project execution team, commercial/contracts team, and procurement for smooth process flow and issue resolution.
  9. Supporting internal audits and data validations related to SAP entries and documentation.
  10. Proactively identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timely communication/escalation for resolution.
