Presentation Specialist1Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the EVP of Global Delivery to build presentations for:

    • Executive reviews (internal and external)

    • Client QBRs and transformation showcases

    • Strategic initiatives (e.g., JadeNOVA, AI Playbooks, Delivery Deep Dives)

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Delivery Units, Service Lines, and Ops to:

    • Collect, verify, and organize data and insights

    • Translate raw input into visually structured presentations

  • Maintain a repository of reusable templates and visual assets aligned with Jade branding

  • Support messaging refinement, flow, and formatting for clarity and impact

  • Manage timelines, version control, and content readiness for key leadership meetings

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4–7 years of experience in presentation design, content support, or executive communications

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and basic graphic tools (Adobe Suite preferred)

  • Ability to work with data (charts, metrics, KPIs) and turn them into clean, visual summaries

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with senior stakeholders

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or global delivery environments

  • Understanding of enterprise metrics, delivery KPIs, or pre-sales engagement models

  • Comfortable working with leadership and coordinating across time zones
