Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management, facilitate employee relations, implement HR policies, and manage day-to-day HR operations. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, policy development, and promoting a cohesive organizational culture. The role requires collaboration across teams to create and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations with strong organizational skills to ensure effective workflow and compliance with company standards
- Expertise in Employee Relations and fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture
- Strong understanding and application of HR Policies to ensure fair and consistent practices
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
